Hannah the Story Teller

I was very happy that Hannah decided to participate in Fox Hollows story telling festival. She practiced a couple of her favorite books to find that was in the time limit. She did such a great job reading the story "Bony-Legs". She gave different voices to all of the characters. Her Grandma Lois gave this book to her months ago. The copy she got was not staying together very well, so I thought it might be nice for her to have a new book. Special thanks to Grandma Lois for helping Hannah have such a wonderful witch voice. NO, Grandma Lois is NOT a witch, but she does a great job giving voices to the characters. We are sure you helped Hannah be able to do such a good job.Hannah practiced a lot at home to be ready to share the story with her class
Hannah was very brave to share the story with her classmates. Now she will get to read the story for the shcool!

Valentine's Day! It was fun to have valentines on a Saturday. Paul and I got to attend Granger West Stake annuals valentine dance. We had lots of fun dancing and just having time together. After the dance we got ice cream. Paul and I were lucky enough to get chocolates and flowers from the dance, so I $5.00 budget that we gave each other for a gift worked out better then we planed. For breakfast I made the traditional heart shaped pancakes. It was fun to have Paul home. Usually this is something that I just do for the kids.We all went out to dinner at Wingers. We left early to avoid the rush, and everything went well up until just before we paid. Bonnie was sitting on my lap and playing with something, some how she managed to spill a 1/2 full cup of ice water down my lap. OH, how we love our children!

We all got to enjoy a little treat from one another. It is nice to have a special day to remind each other just how important we are to one another!

Pay it Forward

Your mission, if you choose to accept...
So a friend of a friend of a friend is doing this pay it forward thing. This is how it works..... The first 3 people to leave a comment on this will receive a hand made gift from me during this year - and you all know how crafty I can be - be excited! When and what will be a surprise. There's a small catch...You knew there would be didn't you? Post this on your blog then come back and leave a comment, telling me you're in. Fun, huh? Remember, only the first 3 comments receive the gift

This should be LOTS of fun!

How quickly they become a princess!

As a Mother with three young kids it isn't uncommon to hear "You have your hands full." But I wouldn't have it any other way! I thought it might be fun to show off Bonnie since a lot of my Utah friends never saw Bonnie as a baby!

She was born on February 3, 2006. She was an induction, so I had the wonderful opportunity to get up get ready and simply go in to have my baby.

Bonnie girl with her Daddy!Bonnie all ready to come home from the hospital!Bonnie ONE year old!We had a really fun party with some of our "ward family" from Idaho.Bonnie Two years old!Bonnie had her second Birthday in Utah! My Little One turned Three!

February 3 Bonnie Turned THREE!

Bonnie had a really good day. she had lots of people call her on the phone to wish her a Happy Birthday. She is my 3 year old going on 13! The biggest accomplishment for Bonnie is that she is finally telling people her real age. For the past year when people ask her age she would say "four". It is a little strange that Bonnie didn't turn five this year, but she still needs a couple more years home with her Mom before she heads of to school.

Bonnie really liked her princess cake. I really loved getting the idea from a ward activity! Simple is GOOD! Bonnie got a new night gown. Any one that really knows Bonnie knows that she loves to be in her pj's, and her very favorite pj's are night gown. Most of the time she is in Hannah's simply because Hannah has more night gowns than Bonnie, so when Bonnie runs out she just checks her sister dresser. It's nice to have a big sister to share clothes with. Bonnie was really excited to spend the afternoon with her Grandma Lois. She brought her a really fun gift, and then took her out to lunch and Wendy's. It sure is fun to have a special day!
Thanks Grandma Lois!
